Full access to withdrawal functions requires successful KYC verification, which includes submission and approval of a valid Pakistani CNIC. pk57 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending completion of KYC and to request additional documentation where required by its compliance obligations.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk57 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 pk57 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pk57 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify pk57 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account. pk57 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
5.1 Accepted Methods. pk57 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk57 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your pk57 account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

10.2 pk57's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pk57 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 pk57 makes no representation that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.
11.1 pk57 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by its compliance obligations.
11.2 You may close your pk57 account at any time by contacting support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms.
11.3 Upon closure of an account for any reason, pk57 will process any remaining verified balance (net of any pending withdrawal holds, bonus conditions, or sums owed to pk57) to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable period.
